I’m sure there are plenty of ambrosia salad detractors out there, but I love the stuff. It reminds me of church potlatches and the wonderful Thanksgiving I spent with my friends M and R last year.
Flavor-wise, this ice cream is dead on, but the way I prepped the pineapple resulted in icy chunks of fruit. It’s destined for a redo this week, and I have a plan.
