Swedish Cinnamon Bun Dipped Cone
The topping is pearl sugar, not salt, and I stuck a tiny marshmallow in the bottom of the cone as a stopper, a trick I stole from the late, great Two Spoons in Asheville, NC.
I look forward to the day when I have my own waffle cone iron and can make these in various sizes. I would love to make tiny, adorable drumstick-type cones as well as normal-sized ones. Imagine getting a box of six tiny ice cream novelties for Valentine’s Day instead of a box of chocolates. That’d be cool, right?
I know the color’s funky here; I’ll take better pics tomorrow in the daylight.
